Use the Smart Map of Smart Ways to Antwerp to plan the smoothest route to the Sportpaleis.

On foot

Do you live or work within walking distance? Then the easiest way to reach the Sportpaleis is on foot. No traffic jams, no parking problems!

By bike

The Sportpaleis and the Lotto Arena share three parking spaces for bikes.

New! Guarded bike parking

During the show, leave your bike safely at the guarded bike parking next to the Sportpaleis. The parking is free and has around 100 spaces.

Please note! The bike parking is not covered.

Where?

The guarded bike parking can be found next to parking lot Vaart, to the right of the Sportpaleis, past the unguarded bike rack.

How?

When parking your bike, you will receive two numbered bracelets: one for your bike (plus an extra one for your helmet if necessary), while the other one can be tied at your wrist. When you pick up your bike after the show, our employees will check that the number on your wristband corresponds to the one on your bike.

When?

The guarded bike parking opens 2.5 hours before the doors open and will be guarded until one hour after the end of the show.

With a shared bike

Don't have your own bike? Use a shared bike to go to the Sportpaleis. There are several options:

Velo Antwerpen

Velo Antwerpen uses fixed stations where you can borrow and return bikes. There are three Velo stations within walking distance of the Sportpaleis:

120 - Eendracht (400 meters from the Sportpaleis)
227 - Amstel (450 meters from the Sportpaleis)
228 - Van Heetvelde (750 meters from the Sportpaleis)

On the website and the app of Velo Antwerpen (available for download via the App Store or Play Store) you can check the exact location of the stations and how many bikes are available.

Blue-bike

You can borrow a Blue-bike at all train stations in Antwerp. You must return the bike within 24 hours to the same place where you picked it up.
Download the app via the App Store or Play Store.

Donkey Republic

The bicycles of Donkey Republic can be picked up and dropped off at fixed locations. Unlocking and locking the bike is done via the app (available for download via the App Store or Play Store).

Cargoroo

Cargoroo offers electric cargo bikes that you can unlock and use immediately with the app (available for download via the App Store or Play Store). You have to return the Cargoroo cargo bike to the drop zone where you picked it up.

With a shared scooter

With an electric shared scooter, you can get to the Sportpaleis quickly and easily. These scooters all work according to the same principle: you can borrow and leave them anywhere (except in no park zones). Unlocking and returning them is done via the app.
